Recommended for deep relaxation, pain relief, increased flexibility, better sleep, mental clarity, recovery from injury and for your own personal time out!

Individual Instruction – provides attention to your individual needs and a chance to have all your questions answered. Learn what is best for your home practice and check your alignment in the postures. This is also for those who prefer one-on-one instruction or who cannot make it to regularly scheduled classes. Take your personal yoga to a whole new level!

Yoga Therapy – involves the therapist moving you into carefully selected poses, tailored to meet your needs. The therapist does the work for you so you can relax and let go. Release of deep tensions is facilitated by very precise alignments and specialized adjustments. The benefits of one yoga therapy session can equal what you would receive in six to ten yoga classes.

Embodyment®  Yoga Therapy – involves resting in a comfortable, supported position while the therapist holds areas of your body that promote deep release, beginning at the base of the spine. Healing can continue long after your session and can help clear up long-standing conditions.
