These 3-hour classes give you the opportunity to experience very deep relaxation as you explore a theme such as flexibility, postures that calm the mind, balance, finding your abs, etc.
Workshops are from 9:00AM till noon on Saturday mornings.

"I have taken Svaroopa Yoga classes weekly for over four years. Before this type of yoga, I had studied other forms of hatha yoga. In those classes I felt a competition with myself and somewhat with other class participants - a feeling to show myself I was flexible and to do better than last week. I would cringe to do poses that would show up that I had stiffness or show up poses I could not do at all.
