Class Descriptions
Foundations - learn the basics of this style of yoga, whether you are new to yoga or new to this style of yoga. Also great for back pain. Offered periodically.
Continuing – continue applying the basics while learning new postures. New students can often start in this class. Offered continuously.
Deeper – take your practice to new levels. For those who have taken this style for at least a year and have a strong home practice. Offered continuously.
Back Care - learn the most effective ways to relieve back, neck and shoulder, TMJ, and other pain. Also great to learn basics. Offered periodically.
Saturday Workshops – experience very deep relaxation as you explore a theme such as flexibility, postures that calm the mind, balance, etc. Visit Workshop page for the current theme.
Additional Information
Wear: Comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement. You may want to bring an extra layer. We are not concerned with fashion.
Please refrain from using fragrances!
Bring: A fairly empty stomach. No need to bring a mat.
Cost: First class is FREE!
