Class Descriptions

Foundations – learn the basics of this style of yoga, whether you are new to yoga or new to this style of yoga. Also great for back pain. Offered periodically.

Continuing – continue applying the basics while learning new postures. New students can often start in this class. Offered continuously.

Additional Information

Wear: Comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement. You may want to bring an extra layer. We are not concerned with fashion.

Please refrain from using fragrances!

Bring: A fairly empty stomach. No need to bring a mat.
